Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

We aim to post out all orders within 2-3 business days with Royal Mail First Class Signed For. We do accommodate international shipping, however, with our Courier and with different locations around the world, this can sometimes take a little bit longer, but we'll be sure to keep you updated! 

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a quick message just to let you know we're winging your parcel over to you, and give you a tracking number so you can follow it!

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Unopened items may be returned for refund provided we are in receipt of them within 30 days of you receiving them. They must be unused (unless faulty, see below)

Faulty Goods

Goods that develop fault are covered for 30 days warranty with us. After this period, warranty claims should be taken up with the manufacturer. The fault must not have been caused by user error or accidental damage. You will need to return the faulty goods to us for inspection and testing (or to the manufacturer/importer if outside of warranty period and expect repair or replacement for them). If a fault is discovered, we will offer exchange or refund under our warranty.

Exclusions

Tanks and Drip Tips etc are not refundable unless they are returned in SEALED original packaging. This is for hygiene purposes.

Coils

It is rare but sometimes coils are DOA (Dead on Arrival). Unfortunately, it is very difficult to tell that a coil is DOA or to prove that it wasn't dry burned, dropped or otherwise abused by a customer. All coils have a limited lifetime for use and must be regularly replaced. If your coil is not functioning properly it should be replaced. Coils (as well as clearomisers/disposable tanks) are classed as consumable items and not deemed returnable for Health and Safety reasons. This applies if the packaging has been unsealed. Unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances, no warranty is offered.

E-Liquid

As a perishable item e cannot accept returns for e-liquids.

Batteries

If you have purchased a battery from a company that is not Every Cloud Vape Hut, and use that with a product purhased for Every Cloud Vape Hut, we are not liable for any issue caused by a battery fault or improper battery usage.

Batteries are coveredby our 30 day warrantee (manufacturer's warranty may be longer than this period, but e make no claims of such)

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your privacy and safety is one of the most important priorities to us, so we promise to keep your information safe. By using a third party banking system we are able to safely verify your payments.

We do not pass any of our information on to other companies or sites, and will only contact you to let you know your purchase has been successful.

All information that is entered on our page is private and protected, stored only on our website server and never used without your permission.
